Administrative Policy and Strategy – Lt. Jose Torres – Houston Police Department
This twelve part seminar deals with the topic of Administrative Policy and Strategy. The lectures included within this series were developed by Lieutenant Jose Torres of the Houston Police Department. Lieutenant Torres graduated from the Houston Police Academy in September, 1994. As a Police Officer, he worked in patrol, the Gang Task Force and juvenile investigations, before promoting to Sergeant in April, 2002. He has served within the Command Office of HPD and been assigned to the Houston Police Training Academy. He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) National Academy (Session #243) in Quantico, Virginia.
